Hermes Massawe is the Financial Advisor of Hament Advisory. He holds an MSc in Finance & Investment Banking from Nottingham Business School and has completed the full CFA® curriculum. He began his professional journey with the United Nations, where he worked in Human Resources and developed strong stakeholder management and cross-border governance skills.
He later joined Tanzania Securities Limited, a licensed Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange broker, gaining hands-on experience in trade execution and local market dynamics. Combining global institutional insight with front-line brokerage expertise, Hermes leads Hament's mission to give African investors seamless, transparent access to worldwide markets.
